Creative & Wellness Programs for Adults 60+

Drawn Together Kids in Collaboration with Empower Soul Path

Drawn Together and Empower Soul Path offer structured creative and wellness enrichment programs designed specifically for adults 60 and older. Sessions support creative expression, emotional well-being, social connection, and gentle cognitive engagement in a calm and inclusive environment.

Our programs combine guided art experiences with optional mindfulness and self-regulation practices that support relaxation, reflection, and meaningful connection.

All programming is non-religious, inclusive, and adaptable to varying mobility and ability levels.

PROGRAM OPTIONS & SESSION STRUCTURE

Senior Centers, Community Organizations, and Adult Programs may select one option or rotate offerings based on interest and scheduling.

Program format: One-time workshop or multi-session series
Typical session length: 60 minutes (90-minute extended format available)

Grounding & Welcome (5–10 minutes)
Gentle breath awareness, light stretching (seated), or reflective check-in to ease into the session.

Main Activity (35–45 minutes)
Guided creative art or emotional wellness practice, depending on selected option.

Reflection & Closing (10–15 minutes)
Optional sharing, quiet reflection, or gratitude moment. Participation is always voluntary.

Option A:

Creative Art Enrichment

Led by Drawn Together Kids

Session Length: 60 minutes

A guided art enrichment experience focused on creativity, relaxation, and personal expression. Participants engage in accessible projects such as card-making, guided coloring, or keepsake keychains using colorable shrink-plastic charms.

Option B:

Emotional Wellness & Mindful Reflection
Led by Empower Soul Path

Session Length: 60 minutes

A structured enrichment program supporting emotional awareness and gentle self-regulation through age-appropriate practices. Sessions may include guided breath awareness, simple grounding techniques, reflective prompts, and practical calming tools participants can use at home.
